At Wheel&Barrow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your homewares and kitchenware purchases. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully wrap your items—especially fragile glassware and ceramics—to prevent damage during transit and include your return form.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Send your parcel to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
